These Terms govern your participation in the Cpasino affiliate program ("Program"). By registering an account you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction) to participate.

1. Eligibility

Affiliates must provide accurate registration details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

2. Commissions

Commissions are paid on a CPA (cost-per-acquisition) basis for qualified first-time deposits that meet the minimum deposit threshold of each offer. Leads are subject to a hold period and quality review before they become payable. Fraudulent, incentivized, or bot traffic will be rejected and may result in account termination.

3. Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly, subject to the minimum payout threshold. You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes due in your jurisdiction.

4. Promotion rules

• No spam, misleading claims, or trademark bidding without permission.
• No targeting of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• No targeting of minors or self-excluded persons.
• You must comply with all applicable advertising and gambling laws.

5. Liability

The Program is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Commissions already paid on traffic later found to be fraudulent may be clawed back.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Program constitutes acceptance.
